Teacher Training – Can anyone be the instructor?
We do require that you have a good understanding of the body, movement, and strength. If you are currently a yoga teacher, pilates teacher, dedicated yoga practitioner, dancer, physical therapist, fitness enthusiasts, and/or have taken several aerial yoga classes with us is also a huge plus.
What is Cancellation Policy?
We require a 24 hour advance notice for cancellations as per industry practice. As time is the most precious commodity, we respect everyone’s time. ABSENCE FROM CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CLASS PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXTENDABLE, NON-SHAREABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER PERSONS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE ANY WORKSHOPS OR SPECIALTY CLASSES.

Can flying yoga heal my back pain?
Our practitioners have amazing testimonials of healing through our zero-compression inversions. We are currently having studies commissioned in order to gather concrete evidence, until then you will only know by coming to class.
How will I feel after?
You will feel taller, lighter and happier. Your muscles will have a pump and you will be refreshed!
Will I get dizzy?
If one has a strong propensity for dizziness or a hips over head spatial awareness style dyslexia this could be a challenge. Ginger candy before class can help.
Should I come on an empty stomach?
We recommend having something in the stomach to stave off dizziness, however, we do not recommend a big meal.
Do I need to be physically fit?
Not necessarily. Flying yoga is easier than regular yoga because the hammock supports you in your poses. However, flying yoga is easiest for someone who maintains a consistent fitness regime and has a strong core.
