Aerial Restorative

D&A Flying Yoga restorative Yoga utilizes the hammocks to gently restore snd rejuvenate the musclular, structual, and nervous systems of the body by floating the body through the air in a series of deliberated gyro kinetic movements. The entire run of the spine opens  as synovial fluids release into the joints hydrating the cartilage that cushion them.
The weightlessness provided by the hammock allows the body to safely glide to the full extent of its flexibility without compression on the joints and connective tissues.

This technique is beneficial in both preventing and rehabilitating injuries, and is accessible to most every level practitioners. Furthermore, the incorporation of mindful breathing, visualization, and muscle awareness serve to engage the mind in the present avoiding any distraction, and allowing practitioners to gain a deeper sense of awareness with their own mind, body and spirit.
