This class is designed to develop a strong, stable, and balanced posture and alignment for the body. Simply, it is a barre workout using the hammock instead of the bar. As a cardio exercise, ballet moves will lengthen and strengthen muscles, burn calories, and change your body shape. Combining strength training and cardio, this intense total body workout will improve the imbalance and increase both flexibility and stability.
HAMMOCK PILATES
Hammock Pilates utilizes hammocks as an apparatus to strengthen the dep abdominal muscles that support your spine. This class will allow practitioners to perform classical Pilates exercises but reaches another level of devloping the core muscles through the concentration on breath, joint articulation and staility in the core. THrough this unique Hammock Pilates movement, you will build strenth, flexibility, and tone in comibination with Zero Compression inversions.

Why don’t you take a power nap before you prepare for the rest of the day? This passive physical practice of Flying Yoga will help you to release tension and is also beneficial for rejuvenating your entire self. This all level stretch and flexibility class will introduce the basic elements of flexibility as well as help intermediate students grow further in their flexibility journey. Be prepared to open your body and release tension as we progress through deep stretching of the shoulders, back, hips, and legs.
AERIAL DANCE I
This Beginner Level Class focuses on the fundamentals of a single point aerial hammock and its application in relation to dance routines. Students learn the basic moves such as mounts, dismounts, transitions and short sequences which are combined to become the basis for creating a single point aerial flow dance movement. While the use of a single point aerial hammock is at first challenging to students core balancing, it opens up new expressions of aerial dancing such as spinning.
AERIAL DANCE INTRO
Designed to introduce the fundamentals of aerial hammock with emphasis on single point dance techniques. Basic and essential postures will be taught along with developing core muscles necessary to move about in aerial dance. If you are not familiar with the workings of aerial hammock, but want to start defying gravity and freely dance in air, this is your class!

Well-rounded vinyasa flow class with emphasis on alignment. In this class we will break down poses with technical details to ensure you are getting the most out of your practice.
YIN
Take a moment to slow down and find balance in our fast paced world. Join us as we unfold the deepest layers of the physical and mental body. In Yin yoga, we use deep stretches to clear blockages and restore the flow of energy back to the body. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes.
SOUND BATH
An acoustic music meditation in hammock that uses ancient instruments to help promote a sense of calm, relaxation and restoration in the body, mind and spirit.
POLE
POLE PLAY 1
This is a fun class designed for beginners and first time students and is perfect for anyone interested in exploring pole dancing. Class starts with a full body warm up followed by beginner level strength and conditioning movements. During class we will explore simple spins and tricks both on the pole and off, as well as the fundamentals of pole dancing and being comfortable with your body. All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Please wear sports top and above the knee shorts. No Shoes needed.
POLE BASIC 1
This level one class is focused on the starting steps in pole dancing such as level one spins and tricks as well as climbing and inversion preparation. designed for beginners and first time students and is perfect for anyone interested in exploring pole dancing. Class starts with a full body warm up followed by beginner level strength and conditioning movements. During class we will explore simple spins and tricks both on the pole and off, as well as various pole hold and mini combinations.
POLE BASIC II
Designed for those with familiarity of climbing and inverting techniques and who can perform beginner spins. Pole II is built upon the basics of Pole I to go deeper into the finer tricks for optimal right side up and inverted executions. Each class consists of multiple intermediate level tricks and spins that are threaded together to choreograph mini combos. While there is no specific prerequisite, the experience equivalency of 6-10 Pole 1 classes is recommended.
POLE PLAY II
This class takes the beginner level spins and tricks learned in Pole Play I to new levels as well as adding more advanced elements such as combo creations and deeper attention to form. This class is ideal for students who have taken at least 6 Pole Play I classes and are ready for a new challenge. Class starts with a full body warm up followed by intermediate level strength and conditioning movements. During class we will continue to practice our spins and tricks as we learn new moves and combos both on the pole and off. Minimum 6 Pole Play I classes required.
SLOW FLOW
This class is a more music and dance focused 60 minute lesson with emphasis on connecting our movements to the music. Each class begins with a full body warm up and is followed by intermediate strength and conditioning movements which specifically target our core. During class we will learn one to two intermediate tricks as well as a mini dance routine at a slowed down pace. This is the perfect class for students who want to focus more on the dancing aspect of pole. Ideal for intermediate level students. Please wear sports top and above the knee shorts. Shoes welcome!
POLE CHOREO I
During this class we will learn beginner level spins and tricks and infuse these into mini dance routines with easy to follow choreography. Class starts with a full body warm up followed by beginner level strength and conditioning movements. All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Please wear sports top and above the knee shorts. No Shoes needed.
STRETCH & FLEX
This is an all level stretch and flex class designed to increase flexibility throughout your entire body through deep static stretching. Each class starts with beginner level dynamic movements that will warm up our muscles and prepare them for our head to toe stretch lessons. Be prepared to challenge your mind and body as we progress and increase flexibility throughout our shoulders, back, hips, and legs. All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Long pants recommended. Please bring water.
SPIN POLE I
This is an introductory class to spin pole where we will be exploring various tricks and holds on an actual spinning pole. Class starts with a full body warm up followed by beginner level strength and conditioning drills on spin pole as we build up our upper body and core strength. During class we will explore intro level spins and mini combos along with various pole holds and poses. This class is ideal for someone who has already had a few level one classes and is familiar with basic movement and spins around the pole. Minimum 4 to 6 level one pole or equivalent classes required. Please wear sports top and above the knee shorts.
