Aerial yoga is designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. The aerial hammock allows for deeper stretches and more challenging postures, while providing support and stability. All the benefits of a traditional yoga practice with an extra prop to help you take your practice to new heights.

Flying Bungee is a high energy, low impact on joints, and maximum fat burning workout. You’ll be hooked on the feeling of weightlessness as you bounce and fly through the air.
Yoga / Sound Bath
Our yoga classes build on a traditional asana practice, while also strengthening the mind body connection. We focus on finding presence, building mindfulness while moving breath to movement to reinvigorate, restore, and renew the self.
