Aerial Yoga Classes
Our aerial yoga classes are designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance. The aerial hammock allows for deeper stretches and more challenging postures, while also providing support and stability.
Our pilates classes focus on core strength, alignment, and posture. We use the aerial hammock and other props to challenge the body and engage the muscles in new ways.
Flying Bungee Classes
Our flying bungee classes are a high-energy, full-body workout that combines cardio, strength, and flexibility. You'll be hooked on the feeling of weightlessness as you bounce and fly through the air.
Our experienced instructors are available for private sessions to help you achieve your fitness goals. We offer personalized instruction in aerial yoga, pilates, flying bungee, and pole dance.
